1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.seediy.com and related pages (the “Site”), operated by Tal Peretz (“we”, “us”) under the brands SeeDIY and Weekend Woodshop Plans. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Informational content only

Content on the Site — including project ideas, tool lists, dimensions, tips, and product commentary — is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional advice (including carpentry, engineering, structural, legal, financial, or safety consulting). Always adapt projects to your skill level, tools, materials, and local building or housing rules.

3. Woodworking safety disclaimer

Working with wood, power tools, hand tools, finishes, and fasteners involves risk of injury, fire, property damage, and worse. You are solely responsible for:

Reading and following manufacturer instructions for every tool and product you use
Using appropriate personal protective equipment
Working in a suitable space with proper ventilation and electrical safety
Supervising minors and never leaving hazardous tools accessible to children
Stopping if you are unsure how to proceed safely

Approximate dimensions and “weekend” time estimates are not guarantees. Results vary. We are not liable for injuries, damaged property, unfinished projects, or other losses arising from following Site content.

4. Affiliate relationships and third-party links

The Site contains affiliate links, including links routed through seediy.com/go/… to retailers such as ClickBank and product vendors (for example Ted’s Woodworking). If you buy through those links we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Third-party websites are not under our control. Their content, prices, availability, refunds, privacy practices, and terms are theirs alone. We do not endorse every claim a vendor makes; where we repeat vendor claims we try to attribute them clearly. Purchases are contracts between you and the seller / payment processor — not with SeeDIY.

5. No earnings or results guarantees

We do not guarantee income, savings, skill improvement, project success, or any particular outcome from Site content or promoted products.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, text, layout, original graphics, and branding on the Site are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy substantial Site content for republication, scrape the Site systematically, or use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement, without prior written permission.

Vendor product names, logos, and plan packages remain the property of their respective owners. Starter guides on the Site are original summaries and are not copies of paid plan packages.

Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Impersonate us or misrepresent an affiliation with SeeDIY

9. Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence say otherwise.
